Since September, I have been working hard at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in the Post Graduate 3D Animation Program. Pursuing 3D animation has been a goal of mine since leaving Sheridan for Classical Animation almost eight years ago (yikes)!
So...not a lot of posting lately...but I will put up some life drawing here and my latest animation work on a new site in the coming months. Cheers.
Recently, I worked on a pencil crayon study of the Marchesa Casati by Augustus John from 1919. It was interesting to hear that Augustus John was actually the lover of the Marchesa. Her painting in the European Gallery at the AGO is magnetic and you can feel how the artist has such an emotional connection with her.
